REIT Run-up

REITs are on the climb: the popular REIT index IYR (iShares) was up 4.8% yesterday (Aug 4) and is up further today (Aug 5). REITs were also up more than 10% in July. They are also up more than 60% since March 6. A good sign for the industry.
